SHIPPING

All orders within Australia are charged at a flat rate of $5.95 per order regardless of how many items are in your cart.

All orders are sent via Australia Post Parcel service and tracking is available on all orders except for free shipping items.

Please note as we are a small business we  unfortunately cannot be liable for any missing parcels. However in the case of an order not being received we will contact Australia Post to lodge a missing parcel enquiry and endevour to have the issue resolved.

Parcel Post does not include insurance but we are happy to arrange signed delivery upon your request. Please be aware there will be an extra charge for this service.


RETURNS

Clover and Co will only offer cash refunds for purchases that are defective or faulty. For all other issues, including sizing, we will happily accept returns and a store credit will be provided.

All return requests must be lodged by email to cloverandcoau@gmail.com  within 48 hours of receiving your parcel.

If a return is approved the return address will be provided . The item is to be returned to our office within 5 working days with all (if any) tags attached, in original packaging.

Clearance items and reduced items are not able to be refunded, exchanged or returned.

If the item is found to be faulty, return postage will be refunded but please note we will not refund express postage so please send by regular parcel post. Return postage will not be refunded for change of mind or sizing.
